Try a free problem

About

DerivaDojo

DerivaDojo is a practice-first math dojo: pick a skill, drill fresh problems, and climb a Mastery Score toward 100. When you miss, you get a method-first explanation — then another variant to try.

Coverage runs from arithmetic through college topics like calculus, linear algebra, and differential equations.

Why it exists

Most math help explains a problem you already saw. That is the wrong shape: understanding an answer and being able to produce one are different skills, and only the second survives an exam. What actually builds the second is volume — many problems of the same type, with the method in front of you when you miss.

So every problem here is generated rather than pulled from a fixed list. Run out of practice on a skill and you simply get another variant, with different numbers and the same underlying method. There is no worksheet to exhaust.

How it stays free

No account is required, there are no ads, and no problem sits behind a paywall. Progress saves to your own browser; signing in is optional and only exists so you can carry it to another device.

It is built and maintained by one person alongside studying. If it has been useful and you want to help keep it going, there is a support page — entirely optional, and nothing about the site changes either way.
